LPTs R&D facilities are divided between two primary laboratories:

A) Chemical/Material Laboratory

  • Modern synthetic chemical laboratory facilities:
  • hoods, rotary evaporators, chillers, chemicals/solvents, abundant glassware, chromatography.
  • Coating techniques; vacuum evaporation, spin coating
  • Class 100 work areas
  • Ovens & furnaces

B) Laser/Optics Laboratory

  • Lasers:

CW & pulsed (ns)

Low power semiconductor

Solid state tunable Ti-sapphire (CW & pulsed)

OPO

  • Optical tables/breadboards:
Air cushioned for vibration free measurements
  • Spectrometers/Monochromators:

high speed DSOs, boxcar averager, lock-in amplifiers, A-D acquisition, HV power supplies, etc.

LPT utilizes local specialized facilities and a network of consultants and collaborators which can also be brought to bear on your technical concern.
